The Basics

  • Topgolf venues in the UK accept card & contactless payments only. We do not accept cash as a form of payment.

  • In short, we’re a sports entertainment complex that features an inclusive, high-tech golf game that everyone can enjoy. Paired with an outstanding menu, climate-controlled hitting bays and music, every Topgolf has an energetic hum that you can feel as soon as you walk through the door.

  • Our patented technology allows you to track your golf ball and accurately score each shot based on the target it enters. Which also means we can’t get into the details of how it actually works.

Topgolf venues are also adding Toptracer technology, allowing you to see a real-time trace of your ball's flight path as well as insights into speed, distance, angle and accuracy. Basically, everything you’d ever want to know about your shot. Learn more and see which games are available here.

  • We are open everyday except Christmas day. So yes, Sundays, Bank Holidays, the King's birthday, you name it, we're open.

  • That depends on your venue, so please refer to your venue’s page at topgolf.com/locations for specific details.

  • Up to 6 players can be in a bay and play. For safety reasons, only one person can be hitting at a time.

  • We do not have a formal/golf dress code! Fashion is a fun way of expressing yourself, and it wouldn’t be cool of us to hinder that. Just make sure you follow the same rules as you would for any other public area...

  • The safety of guests and associates is our number one priority at Topgolf. To ensure everyone has a fun and safe experience, it's important to follow these rules.

    • Never cross the red line - whenever someone else is taking their shot, stay behind the red line at all times.
    • Keep Back from the Edge - for your safety, please avoid standing too close to the edge of the bay on the upper levels.
    • Don't Aim for the Buggy - to avoid the possibility of causing injury to our drivers, never aim a shot at our buggies on the range.
    • Don't Step onto the Range - remember that golf balls can cause serious injury, so always stay within the bay.
    • Never Lean Over Bay Dividers - to avoid injury, avoid leaning on the dividers between each bay at all times.
    • No Running Starts - running on the build up to your shot is dangerous. All shots should be taken from a static position.
    • Under 16s Must be Supervised - any member under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times as a condition of play.
    • Never jump or push others into the safety nets - it is extremely dangerous to jump, or push others into the safety nets.

IMPORTANT: We have a zero tolerance for breach of our safety rules. A breach of our safety rules may, in our sole discretion, result in termination of play, termination of your ability to play at a Topgolf in the future and claims for damages and compensation.

Thank you for being respectful to all Guests & Associates while enjoying your time at Topgolf.

  • Topgolf is a pet-free venue - this includes pets, therapy and emotional support or comfort animals. The only exception is for service animals aiding a Guest with a disability.

Bookings & Events

  • Nope! Walk-in Guests are always welcome.

  • We don’t have a way to give you up to date waiting times, but our quietest times tend to be earlier in the week. If there are no bays free when you arrive, we'll put you into our virtual queue so you can always see your position. When your bay’s ready we’ll text you.

  • The pricing for pre-booking includes a booking fee. You can of course also choose to play without booking.

  • Our team is unable to take bookings over the phone, but our online Plan a Visit tool lets you figure out the best option for you and your group.

  • If there is at least a day remaining until your slot, please cancel your existing booking using the link in your confirmation email. If you had a paid slot, you will be automatically refunded. Please allow 2-3 working days for the refund to reach your bank account. If you are not able to do this, please get in contact.
