Pie Crust Appetizers

You can usehomemade pie crust dough, however I find store purchased pie crust dough works even better. You really cannot tell the difference for this recipe and refrigerated pie crust makes this recipe so easy.

A few people have tried this recipe without using any pie crust and the quiche do not turn out the same. You need the "bed" of pie crust for the ingredients to adhere to, so make sure you use pie crust!

How to cook frozen mini quiche in air fryer?

Air fryers are a great way to cook up delicious and crispy mini quiches quickly and easily! All you need is frozen mini quiche, some oil spray, and a few simple steps.

  • First, preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
  • Then, lightly coat the frozen mini quiches with cooking oil spray.
  • Place them in the basket of the air fryer, making sure they aren't overlapping one another. I like to line the bottom of my air fryer basket with parchment liner paper.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, then check to see that they are cooked through and golden brown.
  • Serve them hot for a tasty appetizer that everyone will love!

Recipe Variations

  • You can easily swap out the bacon for ham or leave the meat out entirely.

Hi! I was going to try the recipe with frozen broccoli, which I've never used before. Do you have to squeeze out any liquid like you do with frozen spinach?

      Reply

      • Lois says

Yes, squeeze out the water from the frozen broccoli as well. Although there will not be as much as with the frozen spinach. Enjoy!
