What Buyers and Sellers Are Saying
Wasn't sure how I was going to choose a realtor from the hundreds available locally and I started with Google reviews like everyone does but of course google simply has an overall 5 star rating process and a space for a review. How could I know if the realtor I chose was familiar with my type of property? Or if they would even care to put in the effort when I was in a low income area? Not all real estate agents are REALTORS®, but all REALTORS® are real estate agents. A REALTOR® is a real estate agent that is a member of The Canadian Real Estate Association in Canada or the National Association of REALTORS® in the USA. In either case, REALTORS® are committed to the REALTOR® Code which ensures professional conduct, quality service, and ethical behaviour.

Seller's Agents, also referred to as Listing Agents, represent the seller in a transaction. With access to comparable sale prices, theywill help the seller price their home by performing a comparative market analysis.
