I am super unhappy with @GetSpectrum ... have had crews and techs out multiple times, still have the internet just cut out randomly. Pay on time every month and they won’t even call me back. I know there’s a lot of people calling now, but this isn’t just a COVID issue 😡

@Ask_Spectrum Not going through this again. Over 6 MONTHS of getting your "help": 3 techs that blamed corporate & nodes, taking screenshots proving it wasn't our hardware. Each time you make us start over with tests. No discount/refunds for 1-3 UPLOAD speed instead of 20. #donewithspectrum

It seems like a lot of people are affected by spectrum internet outages today across the country and their customer service has been no help whatsoever. We have had to call 4x and have been on the phone since 4 pm trying to get it fixed. Not sure what's going on @ask_spectrum
